Shipping Policy
We currently accept delivery addresses in the United Kingdom only. Available delivery options and charges are shown at checkout before you pay.

Check the product information and delivery estimate before placing an order. Delivery times depend on the item, destination and supplier. For delivery questions or an order update, email brinkjackpet4@gmail.com with your order number.

Return & Exchange Policy
For most online purchases, you can cancel without giving a reason within 14 days after receiving your order. Email brinkjackpet4@gmail.com with your name, order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back.

Contact us for return instructions and the correct return address. Keep proof of postage. For change-of-mind returns, you pay return postage. We cover reasonable return costs for faulty or incorrectly described goods.

Refunds include the item price and standard outbound delivery charge, where applicable. We refund the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return or evidence it was sent, whichever is earlier.

​Exceptions may apply to personalised items, perishable goods and unsealed hygiene-sensitive products. Reasonable deductions may apply for handling beyond normal inspection. Faulty or misdescribed goods have separate rights. This policy does not limit your statutory rights.
